Overview

Google is seeking a Cloud GTM Recruiter to support our Cloud Customers business in Germany. You will be responsible for hiring go-to-market talent including Cloud Sales, Client Solutions, and Technical Solutions roles while ensuring an efficient candidate experience from application to offer.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in enterprise, go-to-market or sales recruiting in Germany
  • 3 years recruiting at an agency or in-house team
  • Experience hiring for sales or go-to-market roles in tech

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 years full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience handling compensation discussions and closing applicants
  • Proven ability to deliver impact and problem-solve
  • Excellent communication, consultative skills, and relationship building

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and hire Go-To-Market talent to meet business objectives
  • Guide candidates through all hiring process stages
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies via networking and referrals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams
  • Discuss offers and close talent while partnering with executive management
