About the Role

Google is seeking a Cloud GTM Recruiter to attract top talent for Google Cloud across Western Europe. This role focuses on recruiting for Go-To-Market roles including Cloud Sales, Client Solutions, and Technical Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and hire top Go-To-Market talent.
  • Guide candidates from application to offer.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Negotiate complex offers with executive management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include 5 years enterprise, GTM or sales recruiting experience and 3 years recruiting experience at an agency or in-house team. Experience hiring for tech or similar industries is required.

Preferred qualifications include 6 years of full cycle recruiting, excellent communication and consultative skills, and a proven track record of closing candidates and negotiating competitive offers.
