As a key member of this rapidly expanding team, you will deeply understand customer needs, influencing how businesses of all sizes leverage technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners.

In this role, you will ensure customers have an exceptional experience migrating to Google Cloud's machine learning (ML) product suite. You will design and implement ML solutions tailored to customer use cases, leveraging Google's core products. This involves identifying opportunities for business transformation through machine learning, traveling to customer sites to deploy solutions, and conducting workshops to educate and empower customers on the potential of Google Cloud. You will utilize Google's advanced technology to monitor application performance, debug code, and address customer and partner requirements. You will be instrumental in adapting Google Cloud Platform solutions to specific customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver robust big data and machine learning solutions, effectively resolving complex technical challenges for customers.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Google’s diverse customer base.
• Identify emerging product features and existing feature gaps, offering guidance on current product tests, and collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to shape the future roadmap of Google Cloud Platform.
• Create and present recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and technical presentations, tailoring content for various business and technical stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in building machine learning or data science solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, R, or similar languages, including strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with recommendation engines, data pipelines, or distributed machine learning, coupled with skills in data analytics, data visualization techniques and software, and deep learning frameworks.
• Background in software development, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting, with a focus on architecting and deploying new technology and solution initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience with various data science techniques.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, including technical architectures, infrastructure components, Extract, Transform, and Load/Extract, Load and Transform (ETL/ELT) processes, and reporting tools and environments.
• Understanding of cloud computing principles, including virtualization, hosted services, multi-tenant cloud infrastructures, storage systems, and content delivery networks.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with diverse audiences.
