Overview
Google Cloud and Workspace teams are seeking a Cloud Customer Trusted Experience Analytics Lead. You will ensure a safe and positive customer experience during critical trust and safety interactions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role. 7 years of project management experience. Proficiency in SQL and a programming language such as Python or R. Ability to create and present data-driven narratives to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline. Experience in trust and safety, anti-abuse, risk management, or customer experience analytics. Expertise with data visualization tools, dashboard building, and reporting. Familiarity with enterprise or B2B environments and AI/ML techniques for analytics.

As the Analytics Lead for Customer Experience in Trust and Safety, you will analyze customer journeys, generate data insights, and provide recommendations to improve user trust and safety. Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000, excluding bonus, equity, or additional benefits.
