Job Description
Chief of Staff, YouTube Product Partnerships at Google
The YouTube Central Planning and Operations team drives global, cross-functional initiatives for the growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. This includes planning, business operations, incentives design, and business strategy across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
The YouTube Product Partnerships team crafts partner strategy and manages key relationships to defend, grow, and build YouTube’s global products. We handle the business aspects of new features, products, and initiatives crucial to YouTube’s success, assessing partnership opportunities, defining strategy, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders.
As a Chief of Staff, YouTube Product Partnerships (YTPP), you will work closely with the Vice President (VP) of Product Partnerships to ensure the global team operates effectively and grows. Your role involves diligently driving team programming to share information, achieve alignment on critical decisions, and build community across globally-distributed teams. You will effortlessly navigate between defining the team’s long-term mission and program-managing the rhythm of the business as the team scales.
At YouTube, we foster a belief that everyone deserves a voice, and that collective listening, sharing, and community building through stories makes the world better. We empower individuals to share their stories, explore passions, and connect globally. Operating at the intersection of advanced technology and boundless creativity, we move with cultural speed, aiming to show people the world. We embrace new ideas, solve real problems, and enjoy the process together.
