- Lead the product design and First-Party (1P) solution architecture for internal business systems, ensuring performance, and alignment with overarching business goals.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional business stakeholders, including executive leadership, to refine business requirements and drive alignment across programs.
- Author detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly outline data sources, transformations, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and statistical validation processes.
- Design and manage API and system integrations between various enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Drive experimentation and analytics, utilizing techniques like A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics to track program success.
- Conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for pipelines and self-service dashboards to ensure production readiness.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience designing and implementing systems (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, HR, systems etc.).
- 3 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
Preferred qualifications
- 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects.
- Experience with data analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting/dashboarding.
- Ability to analyse technical process analysis and translate business requirements into solution design.
