Job Overview
Google is seeking a Business Development Consultant to drive new business sales, support client relationships, and develop advertising solutions. This is a critical role in our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team, serving small- and medium-sized businesses.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing. Must be fluent in English and Hindi to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building a book of business and meeting goals.
- Familiarity with the internet advertising industry.
- Proactive, organized, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills and effective advertising pitch methods.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to structure client needs and propose solutions.
Role Responsibilities
- Educate new-to-Google customers on aligning business goals with Google advertising solutions.
- Cultivate a strong pipeline of prospects for sustainable growth.
- Develop business strategies and secure new Google Ads campaigns.
- Collaborate with C-level customers to understand needs and set data-backed expectations.
- Work closely with sellers through a custom curated pipeline.
