About the Role

The Business Analyst, PSA Data and Analytics at Google will provide business critical insights using analytics to drive strategic initiatives within Google Customer Solutions. This role supports cross-functional alignment, business recommendations, and operational improvements through data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities across customer lifecycle.
  • Analyze large data sets using SQL or similar.
  • Create and automate reports and dashboards.
  • Design experiments and deliver presentations.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4 years in an analyst role, 2 years in business strategy, and statistical problem-solving experience. Preferred qualifications include cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Compensation & Location

The US base salary range is $118,000-$170,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The role may be located at the Playa Vista, CA campus with options for preferred working locations including New York, Chicago, Mountain View, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
