About the Role
As a Business Analyst, PSA Data and Analytics at Google, you will provide business critical insights using analytics to ensure cross-functional alignment and drive new initiatives forward. You will work with large data sets, solve investigative problems, design experiments, and provide actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify growth and sustainability opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
- Work with large data sets and perform detailed analyses.
- Create and automate reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Develop business recommendations and present insights to executives.
- Engage in ad-hoc analyses and provide concise summaries of business performance.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 4 years in an analyst/insights role, 2 years in business strategy/cross-functional initiatives, data analysis using SQL or comparable language, and experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred: Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital media; strong communication skills and proven ability to turn ambiguous topics into clear narratives.
Location & Compensation
This role may be located at Google's Playa Vista, CA campus, with options for New York, NY; Chicago, IL; Mountain View, CA; Los Angeles, CA; or San Francisco, CA. The US base salary range is $118,000-$170,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
