About the Role
The Business Analyst, PSA Data and Analytics role at Google involves partnering with the PSA team to provide business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and driving new initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing large data sets, developing and automating reports, and constructing dashboards to support strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Identify key growth and sustainability opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
- Work with large data sets and apply advanced investigative methods.
- Design experiments, gather data, and present analytical findings.
- Develop and automate reporting tools and prototype dashboards.
- Engage in ad-hoc analyses and deliver concise management recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4 years of experience in an analyst role, and 2 years of experience in business strategy and statistical problem-solving using SQL or comparable languages. Experience working with executive stakeholders is required.
Preferred qualifications include cross-functional collaboration experience, background in advertising or digital media, and strong communication skills to translate technical work into compelling narratives.
Additional Information
This role is available at multiple locations including Playa Vista, CA, with options for other major cities such as New York, Chicago, Mountain View, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
