About the Role
The Associate, Business Operations and Strategy at Google is a part of the central BizOps team that drives strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across product areas and functions. This role operates like an internal consulting group working on critical projects including market strategies for generative AI, operational excellence, pricing strategies, and exploring innovation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure ambiguous business issues for Google executives.
- Gather and analyze information to solve complex problems.
- Develop and present persuasive recommendations.
- Build consensus among cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and leadership to operationalize recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in management consulting or business strategy.
- Experience in strategic or business operations environments, particularly in tech, media, telecom, or STEM fields.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
The US base salary range is $118,000-$170,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Detailed compensation will be shared during the hiring process.
