Overview
The Artist Marketing Manager, YouTube Marketing at Google will lead product marketing strategy development, audience segmentation, and artist product launches. You will work cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to the global Music Industry. Applicants in the County of Los Angeles with arrest or conviction records will be considered under the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act.
Location Options & Compensation
This role may be located at the Playa Vista, CA campus, Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY or San Bruno, CA. The US base salary range is $137,000-$201,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of marketing experience in the music industry.
- Experience in product marketing for B2B audiences.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a consulting or business analyst role in the music field.
- Data visualization and coding skills.
- Initiative and independent working capabilities.
- Critical thinking about the Music Industry with real-world insights.
Responsibilities
- Define roadmap, go-to-market plans, and growth strategies.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and proof points for YouTube’s music products.
- Support product development and manage product launch plans.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders and the cross-functional Music team.
- Track and optimize product launch performance with data analysis.
