About the Role
The Agentic Transformation Consultant III at Google is a key partner guiding customers through adopting AI to drive business outcomes. In this role, you will work with executive stakeholders to reimagine core business functions and design AI-augmented operating models.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with C-suite executives to identify high-impact business areas.
- Develop strategic roadmaps and compelling business cases for transformation.
- Stay updated with AI advancements and inject new opportunities.
- Serve as the primary interface managing stakeholder alignment and expectations.
- Design new, AI-native operating models for optimal outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10 years in management consulting, digital transformation, or related fields. Proven experience in leading technology transformations and delivering cloud adoption programs is required. Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with product management for data-intensive enterprise products, ideally AI/ML platforms, and expertise in developing cloud business cases with TCO analysis.
Salary & Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

Candidates can share their preferred working location from: Chicago, IL; Austin, TX; Boulder, CO; Seattle, WA; or Atlanta, GA.
