About the Role: Administrative Business Partner, Global Infrastructure
As an Administrative Business Partner at Google, you will be integral to your team's business operations and activities, ensuring smooth workflow and supporting your team's focus on key projects. You will proactively anticipate needs, resolve operational and administrative issues, and leverage your knowledge of Google products to strategically support team projects. This role requires an organized, analytical individual with strong business judgment and excellent communication skills to interact across various levels of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment.
- Experience with core administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, calendar management, and facilities coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment.
- Experience managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events with minimal guidance.
- Prepare meetings for executives or teams with minimal guidance.
- Execute expense management activities with minimal guidance.
- Assess and advocate for office space needs with minimal guidance.
- Plan and organize internal and external programs and events, managing logistics in collaboration with partners and vendors.
- Complete travel coordination tasks with minimal guidance.
Compensation and Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$133,000, complemented by bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Location Options
This role offers the opportunity to share your preferred working location from Atlanta, GA, USA, or Austin, TX, USA. Please note, this position is not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship.
