About the Role

The Program Management Lead Youtube at Google Operations Center partners with stakeholders and leads an offshore production team to deliver quality marketing programs within SLAs. This role provides technical expertise, manages campaign requirements, and ensures that media strategies are executed effectively.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive media strategies across digital channels.
  • Partner with key business teams for day-to-day operations and escalations.
  • Collaborate with PMMs for campaign ideation and technical requirement gathering.
  • Create and ensure complete Campaign Requirement Documents.
  • Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders for program intake.
  • Guide the offshore production team and QA final builds.
  • Analyze issues, propose solutions and resolve escalations.
  • Manage operational, organizational, and business metrics for marketing campaigns.
  • Support marketing automation tool improvement projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 6+ years in digital media platforms and marketing automation, strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and proficiency in managing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, ad serving technologies such as DV360, analytical problem solving, and understanding of marketing operations.
