Role Overview: Full Stack Specialist - Tools & Automation

As a Full Stack Specialist, you will be instrumental in designing and building innovative solutions. You will collaborate with diverse engineering groups to automate Google processes across various geographies, driving efficiency and value.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build automation frameworks and new automation solutions.
  • Execute automation opportunities to maximize business value and operational efficiency.
  • Develop new tools and automation across business areas with a long-term perspective.
  • Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency by specializing in automation opportunities.
  • Own and track automation initiatives to completion, ensuring visibility of business gains.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • 4+ years of technology experience, including frontend (web, mobile, others), dashboards, reporting, scripting, and databases, with a track record of building end-to-end solutions.
  • 2+ years of proven experience building business automation products/tools using technologies like AI/ML, GCP, or other process automation technologies.
  • 3+ years of strong programming experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building tools and automating processes using the Google stack/products.
  • Knowledge of Databases, Rest API, integration, cloud, and DevOps.
  • Exposure to business process automation and leading automation teams to deliver solutions for operations.
  • Experience evaluating business process automations and prioritizing them using frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including user story creation and sprint backlog management.
