About the Role
Join the Frontier AI Research team as a Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will partner with research leads to translate complex scientific goals into actionable technical roadmaps and drive the delivery of AI breakthroughs to real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Strategy and Execution: Co-develop long-term strategies, technical goals, and success metrics.
- Technical Due Diligence: Evaluate engineering scope, set milestones, and influence technical decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Build collaboration across diverse disciplines including modeling and infrastructure.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor program performance and manage technical risks.
- Continuous Innovation: Enhance research velocity through optimized tools and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex updates into clear, actionable insights.
- Resource Optimization: Strategically plan for mission-critical resources, including compute management.
About You
You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical field and have 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management in advanced technical or research environments. Experience partnering with research or engineering leads and a deep understanding of program management methodologies for research-centric environments are key. A Master’s or PhD and direct experience in AI/ML research are preferred.
Compensation & Additional Information
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $156,000 - $229,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Employment is subject to a background check and adherence to our Applicant and Candidate Privacy Policy.
