AI Studio is a distributed team located in London, Zurich, Mountain View, Seattle, and New York. Its mission is to bring Gemini models to the developer community with innovative interfaces and developer experiences, including experimental vibe coding workflows.

The Role

As a TPM for AI Studio, you will lead high-impact initiatives and manage complex, multi-threaded projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Drive multi-threaded initiatives: Manage workstreams from experimental features to large-scale model launches.
• Lead logistics & execution: Own project planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and coordination across teams and functions.
• Filter & Prioritize: Distinguish high-priority tasks from noise to maintain focus on impactful goals.
• Operational excellence: Evaluate team efficiency and proactively optimize processes.
• Technical influence: Engage in technical discussions and partner with senior engineers to drive progress.

You are a hands-on leader with a proven track record in technical program management. Key attributes include:

Compensation and Application

This is a full-time role with a US base salary range between $183,000 - $271,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The application deadline is February 25, 2026. Employment offers are contingent upon a background check.
