The Role
As a TPM for AI Studio, you will lead high-impact initiatives and manage complex, multi-threaded projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Drive multi-threaded initiatives: Manage workstreams from experimental features to large-scale model launches.
- Lead logistics & execution: Own project planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and coordination across teams and functions.
- Filter & Prioritize: Distinguish high-priority tasks from noise to maintain focus on impactful goals.
- Operational excellence: Evaluate team efficiency and proactively optimize processes.
- Technical influence: Engage in technical discussions and partner with senior engineers to drive progress.
About You
You are a hands-on leader with a proven track record in technical program management. Key attributes include:

Compensation and Application
This is a full-time role with a US base salary range between $183,000 - $271,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The application deadline is February 25, 2026. Employment offers are contingent upon a background check.
