Job Details
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role. Experience in an operations role and in a human evaluation or data labeling environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience partnering with engineers, product managers, product specialists, or operations managers to drive product and process development. Proven problem solving using tools like SQL. Ability to build consensus and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Skilled at analyzing datasets to draw insights. Adept at adapting, prioritizing, and managing time in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Platforms and Devices team oversees Google's computing software platforms across desktop, mobile, and applications, along with first party devices using Google AI and hardware. This role contributes to making user interactions faster and more seamless while building innovative experiences worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own product data streams and implement evaluations to production.
- Track data quality and operational KPIs for analysis and improvement.
- Manage capacity planning and scheduling in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work with global vendor teams to identify and resolve data collection gaps.
- Stay updated on data labeling methods and recommend improvements.
