About the Role

The Project Manager - Clean Technology Training Program at Goodwill Industries of Orange County CA plays a critical role in assisting with the initial development and day-to-day management of the Clean Tech Accelerator Program (CTA). This role works with internal and external partners to design, develop, and administer training curriculum focused on clean technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Mission Services and Manager of Benefits and Placement for strategic planning.
  • Coordinate with Goodwill Industries International Clean Tech Accelerator and network operators.
  • Travel to various CTA sites and engage with clean technology and workforce development communities.
  • Develop and deploy recruitment marketing materials and training curriculum.
  • Act as the primary instructor for CTA classes and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, technology, or a related field and experience in clean technology and instruction. Proficiency in basic construction, electricity safety, and digital technologies is required, along with excellent interpersonal communication skills. A valid driver’s license, adequate liability insurance, and an acceptable DMV record are also necessary.
