This is a 3 month contract position at approximately 15 hours per week with possibility to extend. Flexible schedule with availability for occasional urgent fixes and weekly meetings with stakeholder teams.

The Web Administrator will be responsible for the management, security, compliance, and ongoing enhancement of Goodway Group’s portfolio of websites. This includes both public-facing websites (e.g., goodwaygroup.com) and custom client-facing, access-controlled sites (e.g., multi-location client portals). The Web Administrator will ensure these sites remain secure, performant, user-friendly, and aligned with brand and business objectives.

What You Will Do

Site Compliance & Security
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG, etc.), data privacy (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), and other legal requirements
  • Monitor and manage SSL certificates, domain renewals, and DNS configurations
  • Conduct regular audits of user permissions for access-controlled sites
  • Implement and maintain security best practices, including backups and monitoring
  • Provide proactive recommendations to improve site compliance and mitigate risks
Site Management & Maintenance
  • Maintain, update, and manage websites hosted on WP Engine, WordPress, and Webflow and embedded integrations with Goodway Group products
  • Deliver regular reporting on site performance, uptime, and analytics
  • Apply updates to themes, plugins, custom code, and other site elements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Optimize images, layouts, and page performance for a seamless user experience
Site Technical Enhancements & Integrations
  • Implement and support integrations with CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools
  • Optimize sites for SEO and mobile responsiveness
  • Maintain and support secure login features and gated content for access-controlled sites

Who You Are

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency with Webflow for CMS management
  • Hands-on experience with website privacy management solutions (e.g., OneTrust) and Strong understanding of web privacy, security, and compliance best practices
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and current API protocols (REST, GraphQL)
  • Experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, customizations)
  • Hands-on experience managing hosting environments in WP Engine
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience managing access-controlled sites and user permissions
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization
