Role Overview
The Global Associate IT Operations Engineer provides technical support and troubleshooting of specialized software systems for the Goodway organization. This remote role supports internal teams by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging issues, and managing the company technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to analyze and resolve system issues.
- Assist in identifying and resolving bugs from user reports.
- Act as liaison between the Engineering Department and other teams.
- Investigate and resolve data issues using SQL/PostgreSQL.
- Coordinate resolution of large-scale outages and manage work queues.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of software development and troubleshooting processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in stressful situations.
Additional Information
