About the Role: Administration Assistant
Goodstart Early Learning Ashfield is seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join their vibrant team. This permanent part-time position offers 12 hours per week, split between Tuesday (8:30 am - 2:30 pm) and Thursday (11 am - 5:30 pm). You will be instrumental in creating a welcoming environment for children and families while providing essential support to the Centre Director and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome to children and families, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Support the Centre Director in prioritizing and building the centre’s attendance pipeline.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, professionally responding to all enquiries.
- Execute key business administration tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families.
