Role Overview
As a Data Analyst at GoodSpace, you will work with data to uncover insights and support better product and business decisions. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to build dashboards, run analyses, and support our AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports.
- Identify trends and anomalies to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering to enhance data pipelines.
- Conduct A/B tests, cohort analyses, and performance tracking.
- Provide actionable insights to improve user journeys.
- Support model evaluation and data preparation for AI/ML initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Strong skills in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with analytical tools like Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to present complex data clearly and effectively.
Good to Have
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of user funnels, marketplace metrics, or HR-tech analytics.
- Exposure to statistics, experimentation frameworks, or predictive analytics.
