At Goodman Fielder, we're transforming the way we do business—and we're looking for a sharp, proactive IT Business Analyst to join our Auckland team.

This 12-month fixed-term role will see you partner with business stakeholders across the organisation to document current and future state processes and contribute to the successful delivery of scalable, value-driven solutions.

Your work will directly support transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, innovation, and customer experience across our iconic brands.

With a hybrid working model and occasional travel to engage key stakeholders, this is a unique opportunity to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do as an IT Business Analyst

• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
• Map “as-is” processes and design “to-be” solutions aligned to project outcomes
• Support business case development and contribute to feasibility assessments
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to validate and deliver solutions
• Assist with UAT planning and execution to ensure successful rollout

About You

You're a natural problem-solver with a passion for translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions. You enjoy working across departments, asking the right questions, and bringing clarity to complexity.

You'll Bring

• Experience delivering across small to large-scale business or IT initiatives
• Strong skills in business process mapping, analysis, and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Knowledge of business systems, data environments, and enterprise infrastructure
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical teams
• Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes, or familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), would be a strong advantage
