Overview
The Sales Fitness Advisor at GoodLife Fitness is responsible for recruiting new members and guiding them towards achieving their health and fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of potential members using available tools.
- Tour potential members around the club and educate them on available services.
- Create tailored success plans for new members.
- Maintain and build lasting member relationships through consistent follow-up.
Qualifications
- Sales experience.
- High self-motivation and resilience in sales.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Commitment to personal health and fitness.
- Excellent time management skills.
