About the Role: Senior Infra Fullstack Developer

As a Senior Infra Fullstack Developer, you will tackle complex technical challenges at architecture, code, and product levels, balancing practicality and innovation in both short and long term. You will play a key role in Gong’s Frontend Guild, working with frontend developers across the company.

You will help reshape Gong’s front-end architecture to improve application quality and increase developer velocity, take ownership of features from ideation to production, and contribute to building Gong’s design system.

• Participate in architecture huddles to determine future code directions and best practices.
• Engage in professional lectures and workshops with dedicated learning time.
• Be part of a successful startup tech team building a high-performing SaaS product.

What You Should Bring

• 4+ years of industry experience developing web applications.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, with strong React skills (mandatory).
• Experience with Java or C# is an advantage.
• History of developing large-scale, cloud-based web applications and mono-repo projects.
• Strong communication skills in English, proactive, and a proven team player.
