Role Overview

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Gong, you will acquire new customers and create enthusiastic fans through full-cycle sales. Your creative prospecting, deep product understanding, and passion for sales will position you as a thought leader and vital driver of our success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage prospects from lead to close.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Articulate and demonstrate Gong's value proposition.
  • Cultivate lasting customer relationships.
  • Run and implement pilot programs.
  • Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

  • Within commutable distance of New York City.
  • 3+ years of closing experience, plus outbound SDR/BDR background.
  • Experience in SaaS and enterprise software with deal sizes ranging from $50K to $250K.
  • Experience selling a platform solution with demonstrable sales awards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude.

Compensation

The annual OTE for this position is between $160,000 and $210,000 USD. Compensation may include base, bonus, equity, and additional incentives based on performance.
