About the Role
The Director, Governance Risk Compliance at Gong harnesses the power of AI to transform revenue teams by ensuring trust and security are core to our product. This hands-on leadership position is integral as we mature our security team and enhance our compliance program.
Responsibilities
- Manage certification programs (ISO, PCI, SOC2, HIPAA etc.)
- Ensure compliance with applicable controls based on a unified control framework
- Oversee customer audits and questionnaires
- Maintain cloud security and conduct security awareness training
- Conduct contract reviews and manage third party risk
Qualifications
- 12+ years of compliance experience
- Experience building a compliance program in a cloud environment
- In-depth knowledge of control frameworks
- Hands-on ability and familiarity with attack frameworks and mitigation
- Experience with customer audits; privacy experience is a plus
