Software Engineer - Equity Options Trading
Goliath Partners is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join a leading trading client in New York City. This role is crucial for accelerating growth in the equity options space and involves leading a modest team of Software Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex business and technical challenges in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software across core trading systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, EE, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in C++ development.
Compensation & Benefits
- Target compensation: $300,000 - $550,000 (base up to $250,000) with a guaranteed bonus.
- Sign-on bonuses are available.
- Client will wait up to 12 months for a non-compete and offers a full bonus buyout.
