The firm is fully remote and currently hiring across the board for new positions. They are actively looking for top-tier talent to help design, build, and scale their core AI and quantitative trading systems.

They are specifically emphasizing hiring for the following core areas:

Software Engineers: Focused on building high-volume, low-latency trading infrastructure and developing advanced, robust data pipelines.
AI & Machine Learning Engineers: Bringing strong backgrounds from top frontier AI labs to integrate cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities directly into the firm's core architecture.
Quantitative Researchers: Dedicated to driving the rigorous mathematical research, statistical modeling, and machine learning behind their trading strategies.
Quantitative Developers: Tasked with bridging the gap between research and engineering, translating advanced models into high-performance production code.
