Job Overview
Goldman Sachs is seeking a motivated and experienced individual for the role of HCM Strategy Project Management Associate. In this role, you will join the Human Capital Management team to manage transformational initiatives focused on enhancing employee experience, driving automation benefits, and promoting resiliency across the firm.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, identify risks, facilitate meetings, manage scope, apply methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and report performance.
Change Management: Implement change management strategies, communicate impacts, support transitions, and evaluate initiative effectiveness.
Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and potential issues.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
Resource Management: Allocate and monitor resources to meet project milestones efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field, 3-5 years of project and change management experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required. Preferred candidates may have insight into various functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX, HR, recruiting, or customer support.
