At Goldman Sachs, our Human Capital Management team recruits, develops, and rewards our people. As the Human Capital Management Engineering Business Partner Vice President, you will advise, design, and implement strategies, processes, and technologies to drive professional advancement, productivity, and overall firm success.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

This role provides analytic and talent management support for a global division, including a full spectrum of talent management processes such as performance management, leadership pipeline development, manager excellence, compensation, pulse surveys, and organizational design.

  • Partner with Engineering Business Partners to advise senior stakeholders.
  • Drive annual processes including reporting, analytics, and organization reviews.
  • Project manage people development processes and leadership presentations.
  • Execute leadership pipeline, talent management, promotions, and performance management processes.
  • Collaborate with functional HCM colleagues for recruiting, training, global mobility, and employee relations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience. Must be comfortable analyzing large data sets using Excel (macros, vlookups, pivot tables) and have excellent quantitative, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are essential.
