We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join the HCM Strategy team as an HCM Strategy Project Management Associate. This team is at the forefront of managing transformational initiatives, including enhancing the employee experience, delivering quantifiable automation benefits, and strengthening resiliency across HCM and the wider firm. As an Associate within this team, you will need exceptional organizational skills and strategic thinking. Your role involves managing projects from inception to completion, with a crucial emphasis on integrating change management throughout the implementation of new initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience from a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated history of successful project delivery and effective change management.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress diligently, identify potential risks and issues proactively, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate productive project meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaborative efforts among team members and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope meticulously, ensuring all deliverables align perfectly with project objectives and client expectations.
• Utilize established project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to optimize project execution and outcomes.
• Monitor and report consistently on project performance against predefined key metrics.

Change Management

• Develop and implement robust change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of project deliverables.
• Communicate clearly and effectively regarding change impacts to all stakeholders, providing essential support during transitions.
• Monitor and evaluate the overall effectiveness of change management initiatives, making necessary adjustments as required.

Risk Management

• Identify and meticulously analyze project risks, subsequently developing comprehensive mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Implement proactive preventative measures to ensure consistent project success and minimize disruptions.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, identified challenges, and successes to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are diligently managed and consistently met throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Resource Management

• Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure all project milestones are successfully achieved.
• Monitor resource utilization closely and adjust plans as necessary to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all project deliverables consistently meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
• Implement stringent quality control processes to maintain high standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in both project management and change management is essential.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and superior time management skills.
• Proficiency in widely used project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to work both independently with initiative and effectively as an integral part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex project challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, user experience, user research, HR, recruiting, and/or customer support.
