Growth Equity Investing Responsibilities
As a Growth Equity Investing Associate / Analyst, you will be integrally involved with all aspects of the investment cycle, including:
- Sourcing, identifying, and evaluating attractive investment themes and opportunities.
- Building relationships with management teams, senior advisors, and external industry experts.
- Performing due diligence on potential investments.
- Financing and closing investments.
- Developing, monitoring, and implementing value creation strategies at our existing portfolio companies.
We are looking for a team member who will thrive in a lean organization, operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
- Excellent academic and professional record.
- Between 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity / VC, management consulting, or a relevant operating role in enterprise software.
- Highly motivated, well-rounded team player passionate about investing and building a long-term career at Goldman Sachs.
