About the Role
The Corporate Advisory Associate, Natural Resources works within Goldman Sachs' Global Advisory & Markets division, tackling some of the market's most intricate financial challenges and transactions. This role involves advising on mergers, providing financial solutions for acquisitions, and structuring initial public offerings for a diverse client base including corporations, pension funds, financial sponsors, and governments.
You will be an integral part of a team known for strong analytical thinking and innovative ideas, operating in both developed and emerging markets. The Natural Resources team specifically seeks an Analyst / Associate in Sydney to deliver banking services to clients within the natural resources sector, playing a vital role in building relationships and executing transactions.
Key Responsibilities (Inferred)
- Advise clients on complex financial transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and initial public offerings.
- Develop and structure innovative financial solutions tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and global stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
