About the Role
The Regulatory Reporting Analyst at Goldman Sachs works within Controllers to ensure the firm meets all financial control and reporting obligations, managing liquidity, capital, and risk. This position involves calculating regulatory capital components, addressing ad hoc requests, and supporting global regulatory projects and data governance.
Your Impact
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform daily regulatory capital adequacy reporting for the German entity.
- Calculate risk weighted assets, leverage ratio, and large exposures.
- Support global projects for system development and regulatory improvements.
- Address ad hoc regulatory inquiries and document data governance requirements.
- Improve reporting processes with self-service tools and regulatory engineering teams.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate holds an academic degree in business administration or finance, has 1-2 years of regulatory experience in the financial sector, and demonstrates strong computing, communication, and data analysis skills. Fluency in English is required, and German language skills are beneficial.
