Overview
Goldman Sachs' Compliance Division is dedicated to preventing, detecting and mitigating compliance, regulatory, and reputational risks across the firm through an enterprise-wide risk management program.
Role Summary
The Compliance Engineering Product Manager role, at the VP level, involves guiding products through research, design, scoping, delivery, promotion and post-launch monitoring. You will collaborate globally with multiple divisions and engineering teams to develop risk assessment tools, investigative UIs, regulatory change management workflows and automated compliance platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish product strategy and roadmap in alignment with compliance objectives
- Conduct thorough user research and requirements gathering
- Translate user needs into actionable user stories
- Manage sprint execution and coordinate product launches
- Communicate progress with key stakeholders
- Ensure quality through sign-off on functional delivery
- Monitor product performance post-launch
Qualifications
- MBA or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or similar
- 7+ years’ experience in software engineering or software development processes
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and adaptability in dynamic environments
