About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Security Platform Implementation: Design and deploy secure cloud architecture and infrastructure as code, ensuring compliance with NIST and industry standards.
- Policy-as-Code & Automation: Migrate security controls to automated, policy-as-code frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Secure Infrastructure & SDLC: Support secure-by-default infrastructure and embed security in the software development lifecycle.
- DevOps & Platform Engineering: Develop CI/CD pipelines, manage container orchestration, and enforce security in cloud environments.
- Authentication & Access Management: Implement cloud-native authentication frameworks and manage service identity onboarding.
- Observability & Operational Support: Monitor platform health using enterprise observability tools while participating in on-call support.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Document architectural patterns, create runbooks, and collaborate across global teams.
- Software Development & Problem Solving: Develop automation scripts, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for security posture visibility.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience, familiarity with AWS services, a degree in Computer Science or related field, and hands-on practice in Java, Python, or Javascript/Typescript. Strong communication skills and an ability to thrive in a DevOps culture are essential.
