Cloud Platform & Core Engineering
As part of the Cloud Platform team, you will help modernize public cloud services. You will research, architect, and build a cutting-edge platform that programmatically enforces safety, security, and compliance for cloud deployments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage services in public cloud.
- Develop safe, resilient, and highly-available distributed services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive design meetings.
- Create and promote best practices for cloud native engineering.
- Partner with major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 1 year relevant experience. Proficiency in one or more programming languages including Java, JavaScript, Python, or Golang is required. Experience with Linux, containers, scripting, AWS, and distributed system design is essential.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years using Typescript, Golang, Python and AWS.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools including CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and container image lifecycle management.
