What We Do

The Digitization and Workflow Engineering team builds and supports both in-house and vendor platforms. These platforms enable engineers and non-engineers to create low-code workflow applications securely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform infrastructure and tools.
  • Develop software and systems integrating Power Platform with external systems.
  • Drive technology risk reviews and implement security measures.
  • Establish best practices for pro-developers and low-code teams.
  • Support users by troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in C#/.NET or Java software development.
  • Understanding of distributed computing, RESTful web services, and databases.
  • Strong problem-solving, independent and team work skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
  • Financial industry experience.
