The Campus Recruiting team plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting both undergraduates and experienced professionals to Goldman Sachs. This team also cultivates relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-caliber, diverse, and robust candidate pipeline for both campus and experienced hire recruiting. Our graduate recruiting efforts focus on sourcing strong and diverse talent for our global internship programs and full-time campus classes through key university relationships and impactful campus events.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management of critical recruitment pipelines across our EMEA offices, encompassing attraction strategies, hiring processes, and ongoing candidate management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key recruiting contacts and senior business stakeholders, partnering with them on recruiting strategies and business plans.
- Manage the planning and execution of multiple internship programs across EMEA throughout the year, ensuring an excellent intern experience and a robust full-time talent pipeline for the business.
- Oversee the interview and offer processes for candidates applying to aligned locations and programs.
- Ensure a consistent, structured process is followed and that interviewers are adequately trained for their roles.
