Your Impact

The Management and Strategy team within the Client Solutions Group (CSG) is responsible for leading the execution of key strategic initiatives within the sales organization, working with stakeholders across sales, investing, and our operating platform.

The team oversees our progress toward our financial and non-financial goals; works directly with leadership to execute on our operating initiatives and projects growth plans for the business; and sets the talent management philosophy of the team. In addition to working with leadership in the Client Solutions Group, the team partners closely with AWM Leadership, Investing, Operations and Engineering, the Executive Office, Legal and Compliance, and HCM. The team’s success is ultimately measured on our ability to metric our teams, evaluate the efficacy of our initiatives, create and lead programs that drive incremental commercial progress, and give our people the tools they can leverage to succeed with our clients and in their careers.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Drive and elevate the strategic direction of our metrics program used to measure the efficacy of our sales teams and initiatives
  • Execute on our operating initiatives for the business
  • Create and drive analyses on our competitors as well as our relative strengths and areas for improvement
  • Liaise with senior leadership across all Sales verticals to ensure we are constantly enhancing communication, prioritization, elevating issues, and prosecuting opportunities
  • Proactively suggest to leadership new ways to further enhance our business
  • Evaluate and enhance business processes to drive efficiency and risk management
  • Develop and manage annual budgeting across teams, identify opportunities to optimize spend, and evaluate ROI.
  • Direct strategic organizational design, leveraging headcount modelling and gap analysis to align talent acquisition with long-term business objectives.
  • Financial modelling in partnership with Finance and business
