About the Role

The Asset & Wealth Management Vice President role at Goldman Sachs requires a quick-thinking self-starter with a passion for financial markets. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers and Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) to implement investment strategies and enhance business performance.

Your Impact

  • Participate in client meetings and share Investment Strategy Group views.
  • Provide direct support to PWM as a strategy and platform implementation expert.
  • Engage with PWA teams across regions on tactical portfolio implementations.
  • Deliver detailed analysis on ISG positioning and product performance.
  • Prepare competitive analyses using Morningstar X-Ray and in-house tools.

About the Team

This role is part of the Portfolio Advisory Group (PAG) within the Investment Strategy Group (ISG). The team helps PWAs understand risk-adjusted investment strategies and build diversified client portfolios. With a focus on quantitative and qualitative analysis, you will play a key role in maintaining Goldman Sachs' industry-leading reputation.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years of investment experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Client experience with attention to detail
  • Expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Familiarity with investment management product offerings
  • SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 certifications required (within 3 months)
