What We Do

The Asset & Wealth Management Strategist Associate role involves applying quantitative and analytical methods in research, valuation, portfolio construction, and risk management analytics. You will develop advanced computational models and production-grade systems to support portfolio analysis and investment decisions.

Job Duties

  • Design and build production-grade backend systems and APIs.
  • Architect scalable services and data pipelines for investment analytics.
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Maintain data quality and performance across platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams on analytics interfaces.
  • Write high-quality, testable code and participate in code reviews.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with 3-5 years of production software experience. Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, C++ or Python is required, along with strong understanding of algorithms and data structures. Ability to work in evolving problem spaces and willingness to learn financial concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Financial Engineering or related field with experience in portfolio or financial modeling. Strong communication skills, familiarity with SQL, MongoDB, JavaScript/Typescript, and modern frontend frameworks add value.

Salary & Benefits

The expected base salary for this role is between $115,000 and $180,000, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses. Comprehensive benefits and wellness programs are offered.
