What You Will Do
As an Associate in Family Office Engineering within Asset & Wealth Management, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing cutting-edge solutions for our clients. You will work with modern UI technologies to build scalable applications and contribute to the resolution of technical debt.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong experience in modern UI technologies including React, Redux, JavaScript, Webpack, CSS, and HTML, with at least 3+ years experience working in these technologies.
- Good understanding of frontend performance optimizations.
- Demonstrated ability to create/contribute to large complex projects.
- Experience in frontend code refactoring and technical debt resolution.
- Good understanding of frontend architecture patterns and demonstrated ability to enforce them.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an eagerness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate effectively within a cross-regional team environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, focus on quality, responsiveness, efficiency, and innovation.
