The Asset & Wealth Management Structured Investing Analyst at Goldman Sachs will work in a global multi-disciplinary front office structuring team. This role focuses on optimizing the firm's investing and lending activities, along with funding and legal entity structure and strategy. The team originates, structures and executes transactions affecting global tax, regulatory and accounting positions, as well as AWM’s funding profile.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Modeling the financial statement impact and economic benefits of transactions.
• Creating presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborating with internal functions for governance and approvals.
• Liaising with external advisers and internal teams on transaction documents.
• Maintaining and managing transaction risk post-execution.
• Assisting with structured secured funding initiatives.
• Preparing periodic budgets and profit and loss reports.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, have 2-3 years of financial services, accounting or tax experience, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, quantitative, and excel modeling skills. Excellent communication and the ability to work independently are essential.

Salary & Benefits

The expected base salary ranges from $110,000 to $125,000, with potential discretionary bonus eligibility. Goldman Sachs offers competitive benefits and wellness offerings.
