About the Position

Join Golden Wolf, LLC as a Senior Construction Project Manager to provide technical services for the Medical Research Development Command at FT. Detrick, MD. You will offer comprehensive project and construction management support for repair and minor construction task orders within the Defense Health Agency environment.

Work Period: Full-time for a base year with three option years. Estimated start date: 15 September 2025 (Contingent On Award).

Essential Functions

• Act as the single point of contact for contract administration.
• Observe, document, and report project progress to government personnel.
• Implement government guidance, policies, and regulations in project development.
• Oversee construction, contract administration, and quality assurance activities.
• Analyze design and construction issues for contract compliance.
• Provide recommendations regarding schedule items, monetary proportions, and environmental factors.
• Prepare correspondence, progress reports, modification scopes, cost analyses, and technical findings.
• Participate in negotiations and draft modification/task order packages.
• Utilize Corps of Engineers automated information systems as required.
• Deliver detailed daily field surveillance and status reports.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.

Qualifications:

• Three years of medical research project and construction management experience.
• NACI Clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• OSHA 30 Safety Training Class certification.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• LEED certification or equivalent experience.
