This is an in-house, full-time position for a Creative Strategist with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Working closely with the Creative Director and the agency’s multidisciplinary experts, this role combines strategic ideation and visual storytelling to create adaptive, interactive brand environments. You will combine a strong creative vision, a rich visual culture, and storytelling skills to create and communicate imaginative design concepts. You’ll join a dynamic team made up of Scenographers, Architects, Art Directors, Project Managers, and Production Managers.You’ll work on high-end and luxury projects for brands that demand the highest standards in design, experience, and execution (beauty, fashion, watches, jewelry, spirits, lifestyle…). From client-facing brief intakes to delivering creative concepts, your role will include:
- Translating brand DNAs into striking guest experiences and innovation activations.
- Ensuring the cohesiveness between brand strategy, storytelling, and experience.
- Ideating and shaping bold, visually striking concepts that also factor in real-world constraints.
- Delivering concepts with compelling decks, mixing storytelling, mood boards, sketches, visual exploration, or any tool to clearly communicate your ideas to the team and clients.
- Thinking across scales to deliver 360° concepts.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Profile
You have a background of at least 5 years of experience in experiential event, spatial design, retail, or architecture, ideally within an agency or studio environment. A passionate creative, you’re versatile and have a sharp eye for composition and luxury codes. Curious and forward-thinking, you love challenging conventions and pushing creative boundaries—your portfolio is a true reflection of your expertise and sensibility. Strategic, curious, and culture-driven, you are capable of transforming client relationships into creative opportunities. Optimism, open-mindedness, bold thinking, a strong sense of form, and meticulous attention to detail will be highly valued.Requirements
- Proven experience working on high-end or luxury brand projects from concept to live delivery.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative concept development, narrative thinking, and executed live experiences.
- Strong copywriting skills (English & French) with a clear understanding of how design, environment, and audience interaction work together.
- Confidence in developing and presenting creative pitches and proposals to internal teams and clients.
- Ability to maintain creative consistency and quality under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of luxury codes and an exceptional eye for detail.
- A culture-driven profile (spanning architecture, hospitality, experience design, tech, and digital).
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
