Role: Civil Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a senior civil litigation attorney to join our New York Team in a hybrid/remote capacity. As one of the region’s top civil law firms, we handle cases involving automotive and trucking negligence, medical malpractice, toxic torts, work related accidents, general liability, as well as healthcare and insurance fraud.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of cases from inception to resolution
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and reports
- Record, analyze, and disseminate critical information
- Handle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and motions
- Attend in-person and virtual court appearances
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court officials
- Manage multiple cases and deadlines
Requirements
- 6+ years in civil litigation, specifically automobile negligence or premises liability
- Experience with depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and judgment skills
- Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently

Pay
